In 1989, he was hired at the Théâtre du Capitole of Toulouse as a stage manager and assistant director. In addition to his duties at the Théâtre du Capitole, he works as an assistant, both in France (Opéra de Nancy, Lyon, Strasbourg, Nice, Paris, Marseille, Montpellier, Bordeaux...) and abroad (Germany, Belgium, England, Argentina, Monte-Carlo, USA, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Japan, China).
From 1989 he is the assistant of Nicolas Joel, and so had the opportunity to work with him on the most prestigious stages : Covent Garden, Metropolitan Opera, la Scala in Milan, Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires …
He has directed and signed more than twenty covers of his productions, including twice Roméo and Juliette in Covent-Garden and Werther at the Teatro Real in Madrid but also in Liège, Tosca and Eugèn
