Overview

step.jad's "Nightstep: Night Run · Touring Ritual" is a 2026 theatre concert tour by Chinese R&B singer-songwriter step.jad (Yijia). The show combines R&B, Soul, Reggae influences and modern electronic production with immersive lighting and stage design, creating a late-night urban journey filled with emotion, rhythm and atmosphere.

"Nightstep: Night Run · Touring Ritual" is an upgraded theatre-scale concert experience created by step.jad, one of China's rising R&B artists. Unlike a traditional live concert, the production is designed as an immersive musical journey that combines sound, visual effects and storytelling.

The performance explores the emotions of modern urban life — love, memories, loneliness and personal growth — through step.jad's distinctive deep and soulful voice. His music blends contemporary R&B with Soul, Reggae and melodic rap elements, creating a unique musical style.

The 2026 Poly Theatre Tour features upgraded production values, including a larger theatre stage, enhanced sound design and immersive visual effects. The Wuhan performance uses the professional theatre environment of Qintai Grand Theatre to create a more intimate yet powerful connection between the artist and the audience.
